Executive Leadership Team
Cristina Bouchard
President and CEO
Cristina Bouchard has been AlphaStaffHCM’s President and CEO since 2017, marking her second tenure in the role after previously serving from 2013 to 2015. She first joined the company in 2004 as part of AlphaStaffHCM’s Insight Business and Insurance Solutions (IBIS) division and has held various leadership roles. Today, she continues to oversee AlphaStaffHCM’s business strategy, operations, and growth.
Cristina has over 25 years of brokerage experience as well as significant experience in account management, employee benefits sales and operations, and general management. She previously served as vice president, Global Relationship Management – Broker & Consultant Strategy at MetLife. In this role, she was responsible for identifying key opportunities to partner with brokerage and consulting firms with the goal of increasing alignment and developing common growth strategies at a global level in over 40 countries, while also implementing them successfully at a regional and local level.
Before transitioning to the employee benefit industry, Cristina started her career in hospitality. While in the hospitality industry, she held management roles with Don Shula’s Hotel and Country Club. She also was part of Shula’s Steak Houses, Inc., a start up with a focus on licensing restaurant concepts.
Cristina received her Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from Florida International University and has her license in Life, Health, and Variable Annuities, as well as member of the Florida International University president’s council. She is based in Florida and is a proud mother of two daughters.
David Rattner
Chief Financial Officer
David Rattner, Chief Financial Officer, joined AlphaStaffHCM in November 2017. As a key member of the Executive Management team, David reports to the Chief Executive Officer and assumes a strategic role in the overall management of the company. He has day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial related activities of the company. This includes direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting, treasury, tax, and strategic planning.
He brings over 20 years of significant public company and operational expertise in the consumer products industry having served as Vice President of Finance for Elizabeth Arden, Inc., where he held a variety of leadership positions, and as Chief Financial Officer at Perry Ellis International.
David is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida.
Angela Hoch
Chief Client Success Officer
With more than 30 years of experience in the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) and Human Capital Management (HCM) industry, Angela Hoch has built a career centered on client satisfaction, operational excellence, and long-term business growth. Her unique perspective comes from spending half of her career leading a SaaS technology company serving the PEO industry and the other half building and managing high-performing internal teams that drive efficient, scalable operations.
Angela is known for her unwavering commitment to client retention, strategic relationship management, and creating service models that deliver measurable value. Her blend of technology expertise and operational leadership enables her to bridge the gap between innovation and execution, helping organizations improve both customer experience and business performance.
A respected industry leader, Angela has served on the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO) Board of Directors and previously chaired Women in NAPEO, where she championed leadership development and greater opportunities for women within the industry.
Throughout her career, Angela has remained passionate about fostering strong teams, building lasting client partnerships, and advancing the PEO and HCM profession through collaboration, innovation, and service excellence.
Aylin Pardo
Chief Human Resources Officer
Aylin Pardo joined AlphaStaffHCM in 2022 leading the Corporate Human Resources function. In her current role, Aylin is focused on leading innovative HR strategies, expanding recruiting services as a business, and fostering a people-first culture.
She has over 25 years of experience in the Human Resources arena in industries such as technology and retail with extensive experience in multinational corporations and franchise models. She started her career at Microsoft Corporation, where she gained foundational HR experience in the Latin American market before transitioning to Yum! brands where she held leadership roles overseeing HR for the region, including heading HR for Pizza Hut Latin America.
Building on this experience, Aylin further expanded her expertise by working on the franchisee side with KFC and Taco Bell, gaining valuable insight into the entrepreneurial aspects of the business.
Aylin holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and human resources management from Florida Atlantic University. Outside work, she enjoys the beach, being outdoors, exercising, walking, and reading.

Kayleigh Jarrett
Head of Business Development and Strategy
Kayleigh Jarrett brings a deep background in professional and talent services, where she previously led global sales teams and partnered with Fortune 100 companies to strengthen and evolve their talent strategies. She joined AlphaStaffHCM to help advance the organization’s human capital management (HCM) offerings by aligning product innovation, service delivery, and sales strategy – always with a focus on delivering meaningful value to clients.
Today, Kayleigh leads AlphaStaffHCM’s business development department, guiding companies across diverse industries through their most critical workforce challenges. She is passionate about bringing strategic insights, consultative partnership, and practical human capital management solutions that empower organizations to optimize their talent, strengthen performance, and achieve long-term stability.
Allie Menz
Head of Client Operations
As Head of Client Operations Services at AlphaStaffHCM, Allie Menz leads the strategic direction, growth, and execution of the company’s client operational framework, driving excellence across Payroll Operations, Implementation, Time & Labor Management, Ancillary System Products, Client Technology, Workers’ Compensation, and Strategic Account Management. Her leadership ensures AlphaStaffHCM service delivery model remains scalable, client-focused, and operationally sound in an evolving human capital management landscape.
With over 10+ years of executive leadership experience across Healthcare, Government Contracting, and Professional Services, Allie has established a strong record of success in operational optimization, cost reduction, and automation-driven transformation. Allie holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with honors, along with professional certifications including SHRM-CP, Project Management Professional (PMP), and Payroll Law Certification. Outside of work, Allie is passionate about community engagement, golf, and hockey, as well as creative ventures that combine business innovation with personal growth.
John O'Mara
Head of IT Operations
As Head of Process and Data Management, John O’Mara leads the Project Management Office (PMO), oversees enterprise-wide data governance, drives process improvement initiatives, and manages the organization’s Salesforce ecosystem. His work ensures alignment between business strategy and execution, while enhancing data integrity, operational efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration.
John O’Mara is a seasoned executive with over 27 years of experience in Banking, Finance and Fintech industries. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in English, is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, and has earned an Information Technology certification, equipping him with a powerful blend of strategic insight, operational discipline, and technical fluency. Outside of work, John enjoys woodworking, landscaping, attending live concerts, and spending quality time with his family.
Sanja Zivanovic
Head of Data Analytics
Sanja Zivanovic serves as the Head of Data Analytics at AlphaStaffHCM, a role she assumed in May 2022. She was brought on to lead the company’s analytics strategy. Sanja oversees all aspects of reporting and analytics development, driving the design of data solutions that deliver actionable insights and measurable value for clients.
Before joining AlphaStaffHCM, Sanja spent more than a decade as a university professor specializing in mathematics and data science. She brings a research-driven perspective to analytics, combining academic rigor with practical business applications. Sanja holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics from the University of Miami.
Carrie Sadler
Head of Human Resources Operations Center
Carrie brings over 30 years of experience in the Human Capital Management (HCM) and Professional Employer Organization (PEO) industry, including more than two decades in human resources. For the past 22 years, she has been an integral member of AlphaStaffHCM’s Client Services team, serving in a variety of roles that have strengthened client relationships and enhanced service delivery.
Carrie holds a bachelor’s degree from Florida State University and resides in North Central Florida with her husband and her beloved dogs.
